Menton ist ein nettes Städtchen, in dem alles Mögliche aus den Clementinen hergestellt wird.
Wir besuchten eine „Confiturerie“ und erfuhren alles über die Herstellung der Aufstriche. Ich fand dann auch direkt ein paar Souvenirs.
Wieder Zuhause kaufte ich noch flott ein und setzte mich mit einem Bier auf die Promenade und lernte die Vokabeln für den morgigen Test.
English short version
I couldn’t do anything on my birthday because of the strike - neither bus nor tram.
But the three Ladies made an excursion to Menton I could join them. It is a nice little town and they produce many things from their clementines.
We visited a “Confiturerie“ and they told us much about the production.
Back at home I bought my food for the next days and went with a beer to the beach. I learned the vocabulary for the test tomorrow.
Un bref résumé en français
C’est mon anniversaire et à cause de la grève, les transports en commune ne roulent pas - aucun bus, aucun tram et aucun train. Mais les « Trois Agees » fon une excursion à Menton et je peux les accompagner.
Nous avons visités uns confiturerie et nous avons achétés des confitures.
J’ai eu un anniversaire très beau.
Le soir je sius allée à la plage et j’ai appris le vocabulaire pour l’exame le lendemain.
